1.The Beauty Suite is a place of tranquillity… please switch off your mobile phone!

2. We suggest you arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment in order to have time to complete the relevant consultation card. Kindly inform us if you are running late and we will do our best to accommodate you.

3. All treatments in excess of E50 require credit/laser card details or a booking deposit in order to guarantee your appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please notify us 24hrs in advance in consideration of our other clients.We regret that the full treatment price will be
charged for last minute cancellations / no shows.

o Pregnancy ::: some treatments should be avoided during pregnancy. Our therapists will advise you.

o Tinting or Waxing ::: A patch test is required 48 hours prior to treatment.
